Heels conversion and some other stuff

I finally found some time to try to be less noob at converting but am sort of stumped atm. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do here as the guides I've found focuses on the outfit. The outfit I'm trying to convert is https://www.patreon.com/posts/melodic-angels-24381447 which looks nice and doesn't seem too complex and I'm sure I can beat my head enough to get the bra and panties working as they mostly fit cbbe physics body reference already so some minor brushing then conform and copy bone weights should be good? but I'm not sure what to do with the heels, socks, and earrings here. 

 

For the feet stuff I new project, choose cbbe feet and then the high weight nif and this is what I see but idk what to do. And for the earrings I don't see a head so I just open up physics body and the earring nif. Would it work as is or is there something else?
