Old bodyslide to sse bodyslide

Probably a dumb question but I was wondering if I can use just oldrim's bodyslide and outfit studio even without the game, load in some unp outfit varient and use some conversion reference like 7b to cbbe, save that and then load it up in sse's bodyslide and outfit studio and do oldrim to sse cbbe conversion to make it somewhat easier to convert some unp only outfits.
