Weird lighting or shadows with realvision medium performance ENB

I started using realvision enb for better performance, compared to the last enb i was using, and ive also got a modification that allows me to use nighteye while using realvision. Ive got one gripe with it so far and that is the weird shadows that you can see on the black parts of her outfit as well as on the structure to the right (if you look at the vertical black bars on it you should be able to see what im talking about). they have a weird kind of glow to them or you could call it matte black kind of look and it has been bugging me. Ive tried changing the settings under environment as well as many other settings but i cant seem to find anything that will fix this. Anyone got any advice?
