Body Paint / War Paint

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, and if it's not I apologize and please move it where appropriate.

 

I have been searching long and hard for some appropriate body paint/tattoo/war paint for my character in Skyrim, and keep coming up short. Either the tattoos are poorly done, too modern, or just don't fit with the theme.

 

After doing a bit of research, I have found a character that has some body markings that would possibly work for Skyrim. Has anyone else found any markings like this, or could make something like this?

 

The character is Citra, from Far Cry 3, and here is the best picture I could find of her body paint. Picture is NSFW and shows nudity, which I don't think is a problem here.

The design looks pretty cool. I could certainly give it a go, but I gotta find better pics of it.
