Texture assigning in blender

Hello everyone!

I am currently in the process of porting the nyotengu arthemis by KasumiLovesMod to Left 4 Dead 2 (game by valve, developed with source engine). But I am experiencing a little problem with assigning my textures to blender. I would like the face look like this:

I already added the textures of the face and it works just fine. Now I want to assign the texture to this mesh(The corresponding texture is displayed on the right)

So I exported the texture and got this:

That's fine! However, when I assign the texture to the mesh in blender, I get this:

The same happens with all the other textures in the eye area. Everything else works fine, as you can see on the picture above.

So does anyone know if I am doing something wrong? The only thing I did until now is importing the .tmc in blender and doing some tweaking with the meshes.

Thank you!

its related to the alpha channel, if you switch the renderer to blender render, they should appear as eyelashes, i'm not sure how to display them correctly in cycles render.
The eyes also have a seperate tmcmesh for the reflection texture, if you hide this object you will see the regular iris and scleraCapture.thumb.JPG.31a65f62aee4bc2184c3af4166d789e4.JPG

First of all thank you for your reply! But sadly, that's not the issue. I already had blender render selected. I tried it again, switching between the renders, but I don't get the result I want. maybe if it helps finding the problem, here's a screenshot from blender.
