I know I've ask this already, but it is getting on my nerves, how do you make the breasts shown bigger? Weight only takes them so far. I would like them bigger, I have armour that allows me to make them as big as a god dam hot air balloon, but nothing is changing these ones, also this tab has just disappeared when I changed versions cuz MO said that 7.0 was the newer one when I had 7.0.1 installed. That's probably my stupidity there. But anyway, please help.

Have you tried the sliders in bodyslide? Use those, then build all outfits and the body with that preset (I reccomend saving the preset) or use an available preset. Some things may output to the same file when building (CBBE Body Nude, NeverNude, Physics and Body Special) so only build one of those (Though it will probably detect it and ask you which one you want). Just use BatchBuild in bodyslide with your prefered preset and see from there.

Yes as MCAZTEC stated you can try creating a body in bodyslide. Well I seem to be having issues at the moment but here is an older screen capture from another problem. As you see the shoulder width is past 100% you can highlight the breast size and enter any number you wish regardless of how outlandish it may be.

Ok, so I've made my body, where do I go to have it applied? I've tried seeing in game, nothing still. I went to the presets and tried to save the custom preset to that file, nothing.

You're asking questions in a way that forces people to ask a bunch of questions back if they want to help you. Check that you have all the prerequisites, anticipate the questions, tell use what mods you have, what you have done, so someone can tell you where you went wrong. And if someone does ask a question, answer it.

Your version of body slide might be a bit different than the one I posted, but did you check the racemenu morphs box and them click the build button? After those operations it should show up in game.

Ok, all I have done is intsalled the cbbe mod, the body slider outfit studio, I've made it so I can run body sliderx64 from my MO2, which fixed it's no slider window. I've gone and made my body from body slider and outfit studio, I've saves them all so I can access them easily. I did press build and then batch build, nothing happens with the body in game. The race menu has the body sliders on it used for outfit studio. When I move them,  nothing happens. If you need photos please tell me what ones you need.

Forget about Racemenu for a minute. So you run Bodyslide x64.exe from within MO2, build your body, save, batch build, the custom body shows up on armor but on on the naked body?  Go back into Bodyslide, under group filter select "CBBE Bodies" and then batch build, now your custom body should show up when nude.

Sadly it didn't work, I did start a new game to see if that would work and sadly it didn't. So I decided to fiddle around with some of the cbbe mods I have. It seems turning off cbbe gave me the body slider body I made once cbbe is off, just no nipples or crotch showing. So then I turned on my khajiit and argonian texture mods, and everything is working fine there, nipples and crotch showing along with the body I made, and the fnis sexy move I have on works with it as well, so I think the problem is the game doesn't recognize cbbe with body slider, but it recognizes the body slider with the games vanilla body. But cbbe morphs is gone when I have this, so I guess I just get a nude texture for the other races?

There is a fundamental error somewhere but I'm not sure where without being able to see it first hand. It should be as simple as installing the mod, enable, build the body in bodyslide, and it shows up in game. I noticed that in previous posts you were using the wrong version of a mod, you may want to double check everything and make sure you have the sse version.
