Guest Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 And needless to say... what the hell. The movie was hilarious for the most part, and the ending, well, it's probably the biggest FUCK YOU since Kane and Lynch 2. It was still a funny ending, but I wanted to see the french bastards taste some karma. Oh well. So, if you've ever watched it, what was your reaction to the ending?
Old Book Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 Awesome movie, a true classic. Strangely enough it was actually truer to Arthurian myth than most adaptations, much as Life of Brian was full of weird bits of obscure real world history and theology. And, yes, a lame ending. Always hated it. I tend to think that they didn't want to go all the way through to Lancelot's betrayal, Modred, Guen ruling alone, etc, etc, and so they just cut it off.

[/quote'] Oh, so that's what happened to lancelot XD. I'd just wished that they had a conclusion and THEN they cut off the movie. The ending was a wtf moment which is random and funny but it's unsettling for me. I also think that Robin and Galahad deserved a better ending. I bet wherever Galahad is afterwards that he's cursing at Lancelot from saving him from his "punishment"
Old Book Posted September 24, 2011 Posted September 24, 2011 And after Galahad went to all the trouble of installing the Naughty Nunnery Mod.
