Various mods - Do these exist?

Hi all, I'm pretty new to Sims 4 and all the CC available for this game, but I do have a pretty hefty amount of mods and such and have been doing deep dives pretty much nightly. Still, there are a few CC items I'm hoping to find but haven't located yet. Short list incoming:

 

1. Criminal/Prisoner or Bully/Jerk NPC's - I'm trying to create a Prison lot with a small number of prisoners who are managed by one of my police officer sims. I already have a nice custom lot set up and have brought in a small variety of sims to act as inmates (wearing prisoner uniforms as well), but even when I add traits such as Hot-headed and Mean, I don't see a lot of negative interactions from them, and they definitely don't get into fights which surprises me (am I just setting up traits wrong, or misunderstanding them in some way?). Mostly they just act like regular sims would in their home. I'd really like to find a mod or figure out a way to make them act mean pretty much all the time, but especially to the prison guards. Any suggestions? I was hoping to just find like a Prisoner Sims Pack or something that's pre-loaded with the right traits but can't seem to locate anything like that. Is there a custom trait mod that could make this kind of NPC archetype?

 

2. Kissing interaction attempts always unlocked, regardless of friendship/romance stats. I already have the Suave & Passionate Kiss Always Available mod (which appears to be working from what I can tell) but those interactions are still locked behind the "First Kiss" interactions which still has the regular friendship/romance requirements. I'm hoping to find a mod that allows your sims to try to lock lips with anyone, at anytime, without requiring them to be friends/lovers (or even know each other at all!) first. To clarify, it doesn't always need to succeed, I'm just hoping to find a mod that allows me to try and get sims to kiss anyone, anywhere, anytime. If the receiving sim rejects the kiss, so be it--the important thing is they were able to try!

 

3. More romantic interactions, like spooning while sleeping in the same bed, showering together, or cuddling on sofas/loveseats/armchairs. I know there are a lot awesome animation packs that include several of these animations and those are great! My only issue with them is that in order to make that animation happen, I have to force it to occur through WickedWhims > Teasing, which results in a sex animation typically starting up right after the cuddle animations end. I'd love to find a mod that puts a few of these animations under the Romance (or even Friendship) submenu instead. Is there such a thing? Sometimes you just wanna cuddle without getting down and dirty!

 

Aaaand there were a few others I wanted to ask about but now for the life of me cannot remember. If I think of them while playing today I'll comment here.
