Different body compatibilities for sex animation

Don't know if I'm in the right section here but my question is, are different bodies for player and follower, ie: cbbe player, adec follower, compatible for sex animations to work. Or will it crash game?

All body types are compatible with sex animations.

Just be sure the skeleton you are using is XPMSE.
