Enderal and Skyrim

Hey, I know there are a lot of mods that enable some of the features that we know from Enderal (No fast travel, harder enemies, no life reg etc.)

But is there an actual mod that enables all of these features, say, like a "Skyrim to Enderal" conversion with all the difficulties we know from Enderal except the arcane fever? Mainly asking because I'd like to not have 10-15 mods for something that could be done in one big mod, if that exists.
