Evemy NPC, run away ?

Hello, i know it's not actual adult, but seems adult section of this site more active, that non adult ww

 

any ow, i'm just become lvl 48, and... i notice that human enemy, like bandits, for example, run away, when i start fight, they attack little but after some time simple run away with acream " you win !!" it's very very annoying me.

same with some monsters...

 

Exsist way how i cna fix this ? I waited 31 day, and i use

i install hight lvl enemy mod, but didn't try yet T_T;; have bad feel about conflict PISE and this mod (pise cursed mod)

I just add hight level enemy + duael combat mod, didn't try it yet T_T

 

but since i use PISE... i have realy bad feel about my skyrim now....
