There probably isn't a mod like this. I haven't found any. But just in case someone knows of one, or wants to make one. I'm wondering if there's a mod that will block animations with certain tags unless specifically called upon by a mod. So, like, block animations tagged with "vampire" from being used unless called upon by a mod that uses them. Or block animations tagged with "pillory" unless called upon by a mod that uses them. Etc.
