IMO, I don't think it's that. WW 140c was just a hotfix, so it also supports the version that the OP is running (1.50.67) as well. I tried to search like hell for the same exact same mod using the reference #, but unfortunately, I could not find it. It's very possible the mod that is installed is very out-dated and the creator deleted it for this reason.
