I had an idea, however my lack of scripting language skills, makes this out of my reach.

A brothel in which you can recruit npcs, ( or capture npcs and force the to work there like slaves) With random customers that come in and partake in the merchandise.

 

An addition to the idea for the more creature lovers oriented player,

Same thing only random non aggressive creatures show up to partake and you get such things as reagents ( sort of like lovers victim only they are not exactly in a dark room for the rest of their lives re screwed by one creature over and over)

 

I have no clue how one would even start such to be honest.
