Posing mods and high heels

One thing that's bothered me when using pose mods on characters with high heels is that I frequently encounter the following two problems for any pose besides normal standing ones:

 

1)  If the character is sitting or lying down, they start to float to accommodate the height adjustment from the heels.  If I'm posing an NPC I can usually fix this with the Jaxonz Positioner but it's much more troublesome if I'm posing my own character. 

 

2)  The ankles of my characters are bent horribly to look like they're broken. 

 

Anyone know of any additional fixes for these issues?  I once heard about a mod that could supposedly fix #2 but I can't remember what that mod is now.

Could be the FootIK Off Spell mod on the nexus for #2. Screenshot Pad or Sesamin's NioPA poser adjuster could both help with the first problem.
