quest mod for unique house

i have a mod idea where through a series of quests you gain keys to a special house, and eventually have to rescue the homeowner (maybe say a tribute npc to MXR perhaps), yes... a MXR inspired npc, who initially you're told is dead. the quest would be given by todd of bethesda (yeah, TH) who accompanies you, and helps you on your way, but is using you. the quest locations would all be likely be small forts/prisons with the ending in each having a chest/or enemy with a special key that would be used to unlock a gate. there would be six keys to collect, and after all six...you would enter a crevice like location, with lots of outdoor light, but still underground. then after some walking, you would have to fight about a dozen additional bandits. and two really powerful bandit chiefs. then, they when defeated, you would get two more keys to open a door, and then another door beyond that with another key to unlock the steps to the house. where you would walk up and use a key that the giver has, and gives you to open the door to the home. then, you would fight a few guards in the home, and then encounter MXR who is alive. the quest would end with you being called out for murder by Todd who then tries to leave to have you arrested so he can take the house, but then mxr kills him, and gives you a special suit of armor, that i'm not sure which it will be, and the key to a small chest containing some gold, and maybe a clothing item that increases magicka. 

 

heres my issue, i know nothing of creation kit, and would like help in getting this made. i am willing to learn how to use the CK for LE if someone wants to show me how, then i could do this all myself. right now though, i'm hoping someone else will start helping to make this a reality.
