CTDs and Inifinity Loading Screen

Hi,

 

I've been trying my hand on modding my Skyrim (honestly would NEVER claim to be very good at it), but after I cleaned it up by deleting a few ENB and Model mods, I seem to always be stuck on the loading screen after Fast Traveling. Currently, my character is in Markath. Pretty sure it is due to a mod or something I've done to the ini files. Can someone please check and see if they can identify a possible noob mistake somewhere?

Copy and pasted from LOOT. I use Mod Organizer to run SKSE too, by the way.

And I run the game on Ultra High settings as it's the 'Default'.
