"bed" with custom animation/pose how-to??

as part of a mod i would like to hijack the bed/sleep function and make a Doll Pose Stand (NPC uses the station and gets put into a certain pose) what is the quickest and cleanest way to do this??

 

(assume the animation is called DollStand)
