How do i use SOS?

So maybe i’m retarded but I can’t figure out how to use sos... I have downloaded skyUI and skse and sos all the correct versions. I even corrected the file order with loot. But when I launch Skyrim there is no difference. I can see the sos in the mods list in Skyrim, but it doesn’t do anything. I’m I doing this wrong or what. I can’t find the shop or shlongs at all. The game is exactly the same. How do I get in to the funny business, do I need other moda or what????

This might be stupid... Did you enable it in your mod manager? It should pop up with a a set up window to choose dick shape/girth/ect.
