NPC's skills on PC?

I have Nord standalone follower that is skilled in dual swords. I created Nord character in racemenu according to her image. The problem is that by default Nords are skilled in Two handed swords. I know I can develop dual swords skill by increasing one handed perk tree, but it's not what I want. I want my character to have same skills as my follower without using CK. Is there a mod that can do that; copy NPc's skills on PC?

Apologize, this is probably not what you want to hear but at worst case scenario i will say;

 

-EFF (Extensible Follower Framework) ---> You can change their combat style then press "train" they will respawn with according skills (probably with according attributes also. I don't know if NPCs use perks or not so i don't know if they will also get according perks)

-AFT (Amazing Follower Tweaks) ---> You can manually set attributes and skills to your followers (i don't remember if you can set the perks or not)

My apologies if I didn't form my question correctly. I don't want to change my NPC's skills, I want to copy her skills on my active character and I don't know if it is possible.
