HDT + DS and BB-Pack = Mental Meltdown

Hello everyone,

 

so I downloaded the Dark Souls and Bloodborne Armor packs here on LL. So far HDT was working fine for any other armor mod. When equipping any of the Armors on my male character, it is glitching and not working. This is not limited to these two mods, but for any mod from the mod author. Either the arms are invisible, the armor is in T-Pose but the arms are moving OR (on a female character for example) the armor is fine BUT the cloakes and capes are not moving/are stiff.

 

As being an absolute noob to modding anything related to/with HDT, I have no Idea what to do now. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Btw.: The Resplendent (?) armor mod is working absolutely fine, even though I am experiencing weird glitches everytime I fast travel (the cloths at the bottom of the armor glitches on the screen but snaps back in place once doing a jump)

HDT Skinned Mesh Physics

RaceMenu for SSE

 

all installed right? Otherwise i think there was some mesh patch from browsing the thread that may help. Also see if something is perhaps overwritin the mod.

Did you ever figure out how to fix this? Literally having the SAME issue right now with that exact armor pack.

I had that on one armour after changing it a bit in nifskope. I just opened it in nifskope, did one change and changed back, and saved. I don't even know if it's necessary to do any changes before saving. After that it worked normally in game.

 

Your problem might of course come from something else, but it doesn't hurt trying.

 Never actually used nifskope before until now. Do I open each individual armor piece in nifskope and then save?  Like the legs hands helmet etc.

I had only one armourpiece doing it, so I opened that one. Going by the picture it's the bodypart doing it for you, just as it was for me. As I said, I don't know if it will help you, but it did fix it for me.
