Trying to make a character preset

I followed this guide in the Oldrim tech support forum to SavePCFace, import it into a preset, exported faceGen data, add it to the list of presets, and saved. I confirmed its a form 44 plug in and that nothing conflicted with it.

 

However, I only have 11 presets.

 

Is the procedure different for SSE?

 

In case it matters, I'm trying to transfer my character's face from Oldrim to SSE.
