Tuning Fle shows i Mod list; Script file doesn't

I have had WW installed before & it worked wonderfully, but I had to uninstall & reinstall the game, and now, my other mods are working, yet WW isn't.  I installed the WW folder in my Mods folder, but when I loaded the game, my Mods List showed up & only the Tuning file was there - no scripts file. I exited the game, downloaded it again, and reinstalled, placing the WW folder in my Mods folder again.  But the Scripts file still wasn't showing up; I moved the Tuning & Scripts files directly into my Mods folder (no sub-folder) and the Tuning file shows, but the Scripts file STIL isn't there!  

 

What the *bleep*?  How do I fix this??

I'm having the same issue. Before, it was showing up in my mods but not in my script mods. I've got the tuning package, but that's it. I've also removed all other mods to make sure there wasn't any conflict, cleared the cache, removed all last exceptions, removed old saves, updated my laptop, reinstalled the game- everything I could think of. Still nothing.
