Request - Penis mesh that is visible when pants are worn

Now I don't even know if this is possible, but it would be awesome to somehow be able to have pants on but penis out (i.e. through the fly).  I don't know enough about how meshes work to even start to think about how this might be accomplished but maybe some of you creator types out there have some ideas?

Using an accessory penis on top of pants works well enough.
