Skyrim keeps completely freezing

My game keeps freezing, and doesn't return to normal. I have to ctrl+alt+del and sign out just to close the game down and see something other than my frozen game. the game freezes within about a minute. I use MO for my game, btw. I've included a screenshot of my mods folder. I also use LOOT and sort my load order after installing any mod/plugin and it doesn't tell me of any new problems or conflics..

 

 

EDIT: Also, I keep finding new folderes in my overwrite thing and they always seem to belong to FNIS. I've also noticed that they seem to appear after I do something related to FNIS, though I'm not sure if they appear after I switch profiles and update my FNIS behavior, or after I launch the FNIS program. What I do with them is just highlighting all the folders and dragging them to my FNIS mod in the left pane, then simply select "Don't Move" for all files identical to any already in the FNIS mod.

 

Important Edit: Nevermind. The problem disappeared. I have no clue as to why any of it happened, or why it suddenly fixed itself, but I'd still like to avoid it in the future/know what to do. Also, I use 2 different profiles: one for no adult mods and one for the adult mods. The one without was the one with the problems. I just tried to play on the other profile and no freezing occured. Then I went back to the profile without the adult mods, and then it just worked.
