Racemenu Head Mesh broken when imported into 3dsMax

So I'm trying to put my character into VRChat. Not looking for advice on that particular part as I can figure that out myself.

 

What I cannot figure out is why when I import my character's head mesh into 3dsMax (And even nifskope for that matter), she looks like this:

The face, lips, brow eyes and such are intact... but chunks of the hair as well as the entire neck are clipping through the head like so. The head being through the floor is a non-issue as it can just be moved upwards.

 

Does this have something to do with SSE's export fuction being broken? or am I missing something here? custom CBBE body, hands feet and even HDT tails and outfits load in without issue. It's just the custom RM head mesh. Regular femalehead.nif loads fine too.
