Tp a Follower mod

Hello, there is a way for me to tp a follower (who come from a mod) 

I don't press "follow" and i have never interact with him

The problem is I don't have the location of my follower so i need to tp (something like "moveto player" but i don't know the id of the follower mod) 

So there is a way for me to know the id of my follower for use movetoplayer or something ?

Anyway thx for any helps, and sorry for my poor english ?
