Shields and other ghostly equipments [for mages]

I saw a mod on the nexus about shields for mages. It had only 2 shields, one of them much OP and the other rather normal - but expensive to craft.

Also, the author didn't touch the mod since way back before the release of the CK.

 

That said, it IS a nice idea. And I hardly saw mods related to the ethereal weapons [not the conjured ones, the ones with the ghost draugr]

 

So, my request is: Could someone make a ghostly shield [maybe using isgramor's shield mesh?] without armor rank and and either the 3 ghostly weapons, or the whole set of ancient nord weapons as ghostly weapons... and craftable?

 

As little as I know about modding for skyrim, this shouldn't need textures or meshes, just an esp. Since I'm terrible with coding and ck stuff, I'd rather request this.
