Requesting a modlist for Oldrim

So, after around 500 hours of oldrim i decided to try Special Edition but soon realized the current situation for SSE is nowhere near SLE .

However, I did want to go through the game again for achievements sake and now i stand with the game completed ( yup did exploit glitches :P) and now wish to revisit oldrim again. 

But I have always had the issue of either the game underperforming or just not looking good let alone close to the screenshots i see here sometimes.

So here I come to you, requesting your recommended mods not limited to graphics overhauls but almost anything, even armors.

I am looking for the complete setup list, no need for guides names should suffice, including the mod manager i should use.

I7 7700HQ 

Gtx 1060

and 16gb ram

(its a laptop)

 

I am sorry if i seem annoying, or rude. Just kind of stressed because of bad RnD with dragon spawns and crashes during my last two achievements.
