Hi guys,

After several requests, I’ve decided to upload The Cockpit.  This is the first time I’ve exported and uploaded a lot, so please let me know if it doesn’t work or what I can do to improve it!  If it does work, I'll look at uploading my other lots including Albron's Gym and Randy's Comic Book Store

Included are all items from Cubman’s Cockpit bar (obviously!)

NOTE: Additional items not included (as I don’t own them)

It sits in a 30X20 lot space, $61,633 furnished and $19,489 unfurnished.  Use "bb.moveojbects on" to place lot.  Made with latest patch and all packs installed.
