There are some different cheerleader outfit mods on the internet, nexus or maybe even loverslab. I just did a quick google search and found a clothing pack with some cheerleading outfits. I'm sure you can find some other ones. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26309/

I'm sorry to say, but I doubt anybody would be able to just simply "make" the mod that you're wanting without having the time and generosity to make it based on one request. ?‍♀️ On the other hand, you could always teach yourself how to make clothing mods by watching/reading tutorials and researching these things if you have a lot of free time.

My gaming pc won't be able to handle anymore pc type tools to make mods or anything cause my gaming pc is like 5 yrs old had it since the VA helped get me the pc it needs a upgrade badly not to mention it will shut down from time to time when I play certain games and plus I am not that tech smart to make mods
