Memory block 1 going CRAZY

Hello,

So I have a pretty large load order of about 230 mods. 

I absolutely love my load order and have committed to playing my current save. 

I am also committed to identifying and removing (if possible) all sources of CTDs from this save.

One cause of CTD I am wrestling with is my Memory block 1 reaching its limit and crashing the game. (and yes, I am using the memory patch from SKSE)

I have it set to DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=1280, so 1024MB which I know, is a lot higher than the default SKSE memory patch value of 512MB.

Changing it to a higher value has decreased the frequency of CTDs a ton.

However, I am shocked that even with my load order, block 1 would reach its limit of 1024mb. I did some research and it seems almost nobody has ever had the game reach that limit before.

Is this a normal thing with my load order and do I just have to deal with it? If so, what is a workaround besides simply having less mods?

And if it is not normal, what can I do to fix it?

I am also attaching the MemoryBlocksLog that shows block 1 reaching its limit, and the Papyrus log from the game that crashed.

Just a heads up, the papyrus log is REALLY messy and filled with tons of issues that I don't know about and have no idea how to fix. If you have a kind heart and some time, feel free to tell me what those issues are and how to fix them as well, but that's not the main purpose of this thread. Some of them I am aware, like CACO going crazy. This is because I updated to 2.0 mid playthrough and according to the mod author, that is NOT OK.
