Help with DOAXVV

I just installed DOAXVV, and I dont know for where I should begin. I dont understand anything. could someone says me how to play this?

 

for instance in voleyball the opponent girs have more stadistics than me, as pow and the other one. How can I win them if my statistic are very low. I tried exercising but the lvl rose is a bit.

As far as I understand, you need to play more matches and train.
