New To Sims 4 Modding. Does this exsist?

I used to play heavily modded Sims 2 back when there wasn't a 3 or 4 yet. I'm thinking about modding Sims 4, but there are a couple of mods from Sims 2 that I would miss if they weren't replaced by something for Sims 4.

 

I had Doors/Gate that made it so only certain genders could walk through them. (And had settings to you could make the sims strip off their cloths in order to enter these areas.) There has a Gnome that when placed on a lot made it so you'd only have Male visitors. And one that made it so all the randomly generated sims in the neighborhood would be male, with no female sims. (Useful if you wanted to make a Gay distract.) I did notice that WW has a Nudist trait for lots? I'm assuming that makes it so sims on that lot take off their clothes. But I haven't noticed anything along the line of these mods.

 

I also enjoyed having the ability to turn off aging for sims. However if I remember right this was added to the Sims 3 game? So it should already be in the 4th one by default?

I think the others ones I'd want from Sims 2 have something like them already in the Sims 4 mods. So I'm mostly just wondering about the above for now.
