Mellomellomello Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Hey guys, i tested around with some mods today and now i have a real problem. Basically all i did was backup my script folder and then place some new scripts into my original folder. So after a while i realized i dont want that mod, so i deleted my script folder and put my backup script folder back in my data folder. So to problem is now that it seems that everything is reseted. My whole inventory is empty, even my dawnguard quests are reseted im not a vampire anymore.... Also my screen starts to flicker around, it seems that everything is broken. I tested it with every savegame i load, its always the same. I wonder where the problem is... Hope you guys can help!
Ark of Truth Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 what about a new game? You did remove the mods which needed the scripts you deleted right?
Mellomellomello Posted December 7, 2012 Author Posted December 7, 2012 yeah starting new game works it seems... but i am pretty sad that my previous savegames are all broken now... i would really love to know what was the cause for this. Is it that i deleted the whole script folder and replaced it with basically the same folder except 3 scripts less?? ps: i noticed that there are some mods that adds items directly into your inventory, so when i try and load one of my savegames those mods continously adds items into my inventory, it wont stop -,-
