[HELP] A way to place NPCs permanently into ZaZ and Zap furniture

So I’m using PAHE, Home Sweet Home, and I’ll Take the Display Model II. While I can use these mods to place NPCs into furniture that is provided in the mods, I cannot seem to get them into furniture provided by other mods, in this case, the Heartfire Dungeon Addon. Is there any way I could do this with these mods or another’s mod?
