Castining spells in sneak arms won't raise

I am having two problems, and am hoping that somene can help,

 

1. When I am in sneak and cast a spell my charters arms don't raise. The spells work, but the they are way too low, and hit the ground instead of target.

 

2. Females when dead their breast collapse.

 

I have xpmsse, UNP, CBPC CBP Physics with collision, Sinful CBPC installed

Hopefully someone has the answers to my problems.
