After reinstallation all my mods and skse are gone

So i uninstalled skyrim a few weeks ago and recently installed it again but now all my mods in the data folder and all the skse files in the skyrim just disappeared. Can i recover them or do i have to install everything again?

If you installed the mods directly inside the Data directory, without an advanced mod manager, then they are gone and you have to reinstall them.

I installed all my mods via NMM

I am not sure if NMM was keeping the original zip files somewhere to allow an easy reinstall.

Try to reinstall NMM and give to it the same options you had before, and check if you see your mods.

 

But I am not 100% confident that this will work.

i know this reply is a bit late but what exactly do u mean with "reinstalling and the same option"?
