Hey, sorry for a so late response, had very busy days. If they are equippable, then here is what I found (for now, might find more later, but MAN am I tired at the moment, 2:06 AM here): NumeNume Elf Ear https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13173/?tab=images I did not think they might be them at first, but there are pictures from the users that share similarities, hope if this doesn't help, that it could jog your memory to find the right ones (I'll still be here, quote me if you need me, otherwise I'll come back once I am refreshed if I find something else :3 )
