how do you replace all atronachs from the game?

Let's say we have 3 naked bimbos wiped up by a modder, and I wanted to replace all atronachs from the game either cast by the player, cast by an enemy or not cast by anyone with these 3 naked bimbos with human skeletons so I can have sex with any of the atronachs I encounter while I have an erection. How do you replace them? Thanks.

I know there are some frost atronach that get spawned magically during a quest, I want to replace them too and have a threesome with them when I try to complete the quest.
