Teen pregnancy not working?

EDIT: I have realized my errors. MCCC flag for no pregnancies will override even manual player to player interactions. I had previously flagged the sim so that she wouldn't run off and get married in a random check or come with 4 kids with "unknown" parentage. By removing this flag, all was well.

 

I currently have MCCC command Center and Wicked Whims installed with a few other mods and my game is fully updated to the update from the 21st (everything is up to date, although it appears I am receiving lastExceptions from EA's script). I removed all mods and just put in wickedwhims alone to see if it was conflicting with another mod, all sex options were still available however there was no pregnancy notification and no options for a pregnancy test, etc.. I tested and it does work when both sims are adults. I also tried having the teen engage and interact with several others and none of them worked. My settings are correct for teen relationship interactions to be available. It was working just fine yesterday when I played, however does not seem to be working today.
