Slave mod?

This is kind of a wish list from me.

First of all, I think the human population in Fallout world is just too high. For other post war creature to evolve to the current population, human intervention should be minimum thus the population of human should have been much lower instead of a village/town every five steps. 

Second, if human population is as it is in Fallout world with raider, how is it raping and slaving is hardly encountered by the player? There a several raider dens without any slave cage at all. 

 

I wish there is a mod that add slaves and mini quest around raider dens. Giving groups of slave in those dens as aesthetic purpose that you can set free or recruited able. Or some dying on a pole like in New Vegas.
