making robes semi-transparent and apply node-scaling.

I think the vanilla (hooded) robes are quite elegant, but they could use a little sex appeal and lightweighted appeal.

So i would like to have a semi-transparent robe, hood, which has node scaling working with mods like being female or SGo2

Would that be hard? I have been thinking about trying it myself, yet i dont really got the approach on how to overlay serveral textures to create a transparency effect and how to create scaling clothes. Other than that, i imagine i could use alot of copy paste. Or in other words, i dont have much of a clue on how to create Skyrim armor mods at all :)

So my question would be:

How to make textures semi-transparent using more than one texture set.

How to slim down the slim UNP body even more to create a template body i can use to merge them with the vanilla robes.

How to creaty bodyslide and node scaling options.
