I load a game and it shows me sexlab installed but when I look to MCM, sexlab shows only option install and there I can install that again, after "second installation" it shows that only option. I don't have other options as diary or animations...

Sexlab Light has it's options in a spell, it was made before SKSE was released and lacks MCM functionality, the install there won't work either, it's automatically installed when game is started. While it was a while ago I used light, I'm sure the description tells you how to use options since I found the information when I installed.
