[Some Fixes] Enemies won't attack player

Apparently, this problem is usually caused by one of these mods: Death Alternative, Sexlab defeat, Sanguine Debauchery+.

According to other posts, if the issue comes from the first 2 mods, you can fix it by using the debug options on the mcm (defeat usually requires the clean up option, while DA you usually have to activate the follower list debug option).

If SD+ is causing the problem, here's my solution:

First, install the  mod. You don't actually need it, but it's debug menu has exactly what we need: an option that lets you see which factions you are allied with and lets you remove said alliances.

Once you are here, just scroll down on the pop up window until you see one or more factions that you shouldn't be allied with, and select them.

Now close the mcm menu they should attack you on sight (or after some secs, if your save file is a bit bloated)!

Some advices: there are some factions that have numbers instead of names. So if you still are not hostile with enemies but on the faction list you can't see any hostile faction, save your game and try removing those one by one i front of one of the enemies that aren't attacking you.

Another thing: because of how skyrim works, if you are allied with one faction, your relationship with other factions might also change. In my case, some skeevers weren't attacking me not because i was in the skeever factions, but in the spider one, and those 2 are allied.

Hope this was helpful!

P.S. If you wanna take the risk to use SD+ in a long term save, always check if everything is working after slavery (the mod is pretty unstable)
