How to see what CC my Sim uses

I`m not sure if this belongs into Technical Support but I`ll go with it.

So I made a Sim and I want to upload it on here together with the CC I used for the Sim

but I have a lot of CC installed that I didn`t use for the Sim and I don`t want to upload just

all the other CC stuff that I used so how can I find out what CC my Sim uses?

Use this program   Sims 4 Tray Importer 1.9.2.4  click on  Tèlecharger ce fichier   for download 

 

Once installed follow these screens
