Without having to unistall the current body and install another? Is there maybe some sort of mod using racemenu that let's me change body from Unpb to let's say Unp or Cbbe directly in game? I think I'm asking for too much but who knows.

Edit: (after a second read) Without uninstaling... why? You don't want to have both body types do you? You would need custom races and npc replacers to have each race/npc with their own set of body meshes/textures.

You can uninstall your current body related mods (meshes/textures) and then install new ones, it shouldn't give much troubles because body mods are mostly meshes and textures, so there are not big edits that would make the save unplayable if you change these mods (although you should keep a backup of your save before you start changing stuff).

Changing from CBBE to UUNP would require you to uninstall CBBE and use BodySlide to generate the desired UUNP meshes (all the variants are included in UUNP with BodySlide). If its the other way around just install CBBE and you are set. Note that you should be able to have both CBBE and UUNP presets through BodySlide, then generate the required files.

Custom armors or vanilla replacer are another stuff, so you would need to search for the proper version and maybe generate the armor files with BodySlide so it fits your body.

At any time in game you can type on the console "showracemenu" (without " "), close the console and tweak your chararacter appearance. Just make sure you don't change the race, because it will mess up your skill levels.

If I unistall a body mod and install another one, will I loose all the racemenu overlays I put in my character? I have more than 200 overlays in my character counting body/face/hands/foot and put them again from scratch would be a pain in the ass. That's why I'm hesitant in unistalling the body mod I'm currently using.

Save your char preset (on racemenu) it should keep all existing overlays. Then you can test with a different body mod, afaik it shouldn't effect your overlays (as I said, body mods are mostly meshes and textures). If things don't work as you expect just go back to your previous save/racemenu preset.
