Isn't there any way to turn a vampire into normal sim ?!!

You have to make The Ultimate Vampiric Cure potion (Make drink, like coctails...). These are the ingredients:

 

• §2,500
• 10 Garlic
• 10 Wolfsbane
• 10 Plasma Fruit

Or : by using MCCC. There's a "humanise" option for ET, i guess it works with vampire too. I'm not sure (don't have this DLC) but don't see any reason that won't work.
