CTD trying to enter SolitudeJail01

Okay my list of mods runs perfectly up til this point. I did the whole disable mods til you find out where the conflict is and narrowed it down to a conflict between Schlongs of Skyrim SE light and the erotic adventures of misty skye. I can load into the problem cell with either of them loaded but if both are loaded I get a CTD. the Misty Sky mod author claims that anything the Misty Skye adds to that cell uses vanilla textures. I tried reinstalling Schlongs and Still get the CTD. Tried using the tempered males skin for schlongs and get a CTD still. I am scratching my head over this one. and as far as I and xedit can tell there are no conflicts between the two mods though admittidly I am a noob at using Xedit. anyone got any ideas?

 

EDIT: I dug up a clean save. completely vanilla and went through the process of testing mods up to the Misty Sky one in question by Starting with nothing but Misty Sky then enabling mods in small batchs, each time I added some and loaded the game I COC'd to Solitudejail01. The same as on my main save when testing. the weird thing is I made it up to enabling SOS and then past SOS without any crashes. I am stumped. Gonna go clean my primary save with Fallrim tools then go back to testing the rest of my load order for lack of any ideas on what else to do
