WCIF Wickedwhims Model Structure with vanilla armature (and Breast/Penis/Bulge etc. Bones)

Hey, you guys, I'm currently considering converting some Dance Animations from MMD to The Sims 4. While I found a model structure for general purposes of converting the Motion to The Sims 4, I have yet to see a .blend file which has all the WW physics, but still works with the vanilla structure from the models of Sims 4.

I tried using any of the other model rigs for transferring Bone Constraints before, but none of them are compatible with the bone structure of the PMX files.

 

I'd be grateful if someone has knowledge about setting up the armature of the sim rig to the standard parenting settings in order to apply bone constraints on them.

 

This problem on the image always occurs because of the different bone structure of Azmodan22's and other similar sim rigs.
